Amelunia

Terms of service

Last updated 18 September 2026

This is our current policy. It has been sent for legal review, and any change will appear on this page with a new date.

These terms cover what Amelunia sells, how a purchase works, and what each of us is responsible for.

Who you are buying from

Amelunia is operated by Infinitly LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered address: 680 S Cache Street, Suite 100-7414, Jackson, WY 83001, United States. You can reach us at support@amelunia.co, which is the address to use for anything about your order.

What you are buying

  • Your portrait and reading — $29 USD, a one-time payment.
  • Three more art styles — $9 USD, if you add them at checkout.

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there is no subscription: we never charge you again for the same purchase.

Your portrait is made by an AI image model, and your reading is written by an AI system from your birth chart and your answers.

Amelunia is for entertainment and self-reflection. It does not predict the future, it is not advice, and the person in your portrait is imagined — we make no promise that anyone real resembles them, or that anything in your reading comes about.

When your purchase is made

You answer the quiz, we prepare your portrait and reading, and you see your portrait behind a veil before you decide. Your purchase is made when your payment is confirmed — not before.

Delivery, and your private page

Once your payment is confirmed, your portrait and reading appear on a private page of your own, with the files to save. How long that takes is stated at checkout.

The link to that page is your key to it: anyone who has it can open your portrait and reading, so keep it to yourself. We cannot tell who is using it.

Cancelling, and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to change your mind about something bought online. For digital content delivered straight away, that right can be given up — but only if you ask us to start, acknowledge that you are giving it up, and we confirm it to you afterwards in a form you can keep. We ask for that at checkout. Until we send that confirmation, treat your 14 days as unaffected.

What we promise about refunds and cancelling is set out in our refund policy, and we do not repeat it here so the two cannot drift apart.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law where you live gives you — including your rights if what you bought is faulty or not as described.

Your card

Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. With your agreement at checkout, Stripe keeps your card on file. We only ever charge you for what you choose.

What we ask of you

The quiz asks for your own birth details and, at the end, anything you want to add in your own words. Please put only your own information there, and nothing you would not want stored — you do not need to tell us anything sensitive for your reading, and we do not ask you to.

Please do not try to break, overload or resell the service.

When we may refuse or stop

We may turn the service off, refuse an order, or stop one part way — for example when we are at capacity, when something is going wrong, or when an order looks abusive. If we take your money and cannot deliver, our refund policy says what happens.

Still to be settled

Some of this is still with our lawyers, and we would rather say so than copy wording we could not stand behind:

  • What we are responsible for if something goes wrong. We do not try to exclude anything the law does not let us exclude, and we will not hide behind small print.
  • Which country's law applies and where a dispute would be heard. We are a Wyoming company; if you buy as a consumer in the EU or the UK, the protections of your own country still apply to you.
  • What rights you have in the portrait and reading. They are yours to keep and to use for yourself. Whether AI-made images carry copyright at all is unsettled in most countries, so we make no claim about that either way.
  • A minimum age. You should be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

Changes, and where to find everything

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date. What we do with your information is in our privacy policy, and what happens about money is in our refund policy.
