Who we are

Amelunia is operated by Infinitly LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which is responsible for the information described on this page. Registered address: 680 S Cache Street, Suite 100-7414, Jackson, WY 83001, United States. Contact: support@amelunia.co.

What we collect, and what for

• Your birth date, birth time (or that you are not sure of it) and birth place — to compute your birth chart. We keep the details as you typed them and the chart computed from them, which includes the place's coordinates and time zone.
• Your quiz answers — who you are drawn to (a woman, a man, either, or a soul beyond either), the look and the energy you are drawn to, how you love, and anything you write in your own words — to shape your portrait and reading.
• Your email address — to send you your portrait and reading. It is also given to Stripe with your payment.
• A scrambled form of your IP address. We do not store the address itself, only a one-way hash made with a secret key, and we use it only to limit how many readings can be started from one connection.
• A session identifier, kept in a cookie and stored with your order, used the same way.
• What we make for you: your portrait images, your reading and its PDF, kept so that your private page can show them.
• About your payment: your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep Stripe's references to your payment and your saved card, whether you paid, and whether you added the extra art styles.

Everything above except the payment details is collected before you pay, and it is kept whether or not you go on to pay.

Cookies

• amelunia_sid — set by us, lasts 30 days, and is used only to limit how many readings one browser can start.
• On the checkout page, Stripe's payment form sets its own cookies and collects information about your device to prevent fraud.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The site's fonts are served from our own domain.

Who else handles your information

We use these companies to run Amelunia. Each receives only what is listed here.

• Supabase — our database and file storage. It holds everything listed above.
• Vercel — hosts the website. It handles every request you make, including your IP address.
• Fly.io — runs the background work that makes your portrait and reading, with access to the same information as our database.
• Stripe — takes your payment. It receives your card details, your email address and a reference to your order, and, with your agreement at checkout, keeps your card saved for later add-ons.
• Anthropic — the AI that writes your reading and checks your portrait images. It receives the placements in your birth chart (not your birth date, time or place), what you told us you are drawn to, how you love and the words you wrote, and the portrait images with the gender they should show. It does not receive your email address.
• Replicate — the AI that paints your portrait. It receives a written description of the person to paint, including the gender, colouring and build from your answers, and, if you add the extra art styles, your portrait image. It does not receive your email address or birth details.
• Resend — sends our emails. It receives your email address and the email we send you, which contains the link to your private page.
• Open-Meteo — turns the birth place you type into a location. It receives the place name, sent from our servers, not from your device.
• healthchecks.io — alerts us when something goes wrong. When an order runs into a problem it receives the order's internal reference and the error message, which can include the birth place as you typed it.
• Namecheap and Google — if you email any amelunia.co address, Namecheap forwards your message to an inbox hosted by Google (Gmail), where it and your address are kept.

How long we keep it

Today nothing is deleted automatically, and no retention period is in place. Your birth details, quiz answers, email address, portrait images, reading and PDF are kept indefinitely, whether or not you paid.

The companies listed above keep their own records under their own policies. Stripe, for example, keeps payment records.

Your private page

Your portrait and reading live on a private page whose link is sent only to you. Anyone who has that link can open the page, so keep it to yourself.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not post it anywhere.

The only email we send you is the one that delivers your portrait and reading.

Asking about your information

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to support@amelunia.co from the email address you used. There is no self-serve way to do this. Deleting your information also removes your private page and its files.

If what we do with your information changes, this page changes first.
