Refund policy

What we sell

• Your portrait and reading — $29. A painted portrait and a written reading, made for you from your birth chart and your answers, on a private page with the files to save.
• Three more art styles — $9, added at checkout. Your portrait again in Moonlit Ink, Gold Leaf and Soft Film.

Each is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Everything we sell is digital

Everything you can buy today is a digital file on your private page. We do not currently sell canvases, prints or any other physical item, so this policy sets no terms for them.

Digital items

Your portrait and reading are made for you alone, from your own details.

If you change your mind after paying but before your portrait and reading have been delivered, write to support@amelunia.co from the email address you used and we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

If you paid and your portrait and reading were not delivered, or a file will not open, write to us the same way. If we cannot put it right, we will refund you.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

After delivery, what you can do depends on the law where you live.

Nothing on this page affects rights you have under the law where you live.
